Our History

Single-Sourcing Solutions was founded in 2005, originally as an independent implementer of single-sourcing technology. Since the 1990s, our team of of industry experts and experienced professionals, who have a background in technical publications, has worked together to deliver dynamic information product delivery systems-- from scratch and from both sides of the table. Although we only aligned ourselves with PTC in 2007, even in our earliest days, our primary technology focus was always Arbortext.

We chose to work more closely with PTC because Arbortext is the only complete end-to-end product information delivery tool that encompasses, writing/editing, technical illustrations, styling, content management and publishing, supporting technical documentation and traditional publishing. This fully integrated product set provides the best foundation for customers attempting to move out of last century’s publishing tools without having to cobble together different tools at the same time learn a new paradigm. Single-Sourcing Solutions was formed address the needs of those customers ready to make ground breaking decisions to innovate their product information delivery processes by moving to next century publishing solutions.

Who We Are

Single-Sourcing Solutions is Woman-Owned Small Business and dedicated provider of PTC's Arbortext Software and Certified Training services throughout North America. As a Woman-Owned Small Business, we fulfill Set Aside initiatives as established by the Federal Government. All employees are US Citizens.

We are a leader in the Arbortext community. Although we provide stellar implementation and consulting services, our focus is software sales and customer enablement. Our goal is to provide the right products, with the right amount of services, to the right customers, at the right time, in the right configuration, and with assistance of the right partners.
