Sales and returns policy
All software is for electronic download only. It can take up to 3-5 days for orders to process through the PTC licensing system.Maintenance is valid through 1 year from date of purchase. There are no refunds for software returns. Refunds are available only for in-center training classes that are cancelled due to low registration numbers.
