The primary goal of the mentoring relationship is to transfer knowledge from our senior staff to yours and to develop technical competency in your staff. You specify the number of hours you wish to reserve, and our staff devotes that time to you.

Add a single full-time or part-time resource who as an independent consultant to your team. This option is for customers who prefer to have a single dedicated resource assist the in-house implementation over a longer period of time, rather than having an large team of experts implement a full-solution in a few weeks.

This option allows you to spread your budgetary dollars like peanut butter. Sometimes the budget favors a single, short-term, capital expense and sometimes it favors an temporary, lower expense spread out over time. We will work with you to provide our staff members to you in the manner that best works within your corporate restrictions.

We developed our jump-start programs to aid customers after product purchase and initial product training. These programs are designed to get you started -- choose a doctype, customize a stylesheet to your look and feel, understand data migration. These programs are formalized training courses of the same concepts and issues that often come out in the mentoring or limited-resource assistance relationships.

Although we specialize in individual services, we can provide you with a full-service implementation. From document analysis to vendor selection and final implementation, we have a full staff of technical experts who can take your single-sourcing project from start to finish.

This is a consulting option to provide customers with the flexibility to have a single part of their larger project developed quickly by someone on-site or in-country. This might be stylesheet development, DTD customization or custom tool development.
