Mentoring and Instructor-Assisted Training

Like a Journeyman and Apprentice, our team transfers expertise to yours while providing a live individual to ask questions of.
Add an on-demand resource who acts as an independent consultant to your team.
One or more senior technical staff members will be placed on retainer and assigned to work with your staff.
This may include such things as solving difficult issues, coding complex formatting, or simply commenting and code review.
The primary goal of the mentoring relationship is to transfer knowledge from our senior staff to yours and to develop technical competency in your staff.
You specify the number of hours you wish to reserve, and our staff devotes that time to you..
Limited-Resource Assistance
Add a single full-time or part-time resource who acts as an independent consultant to your team.
This option is for customers who prefer to have a single dedicated resource assist the in-house implementation over a longer period of time, rather than having a large team of experts implement a full-solution in a few weeks.
This option allows you to spread your budgetary dollars over a longer period of time. Sometimes the budget favors a single, short-term, capital expense and sometimes it favors a temporary, lower expense spread out over time.
We will work with you to provide our staff members to you in the manner that best works within your corporate budget.
Jump Start Programs
The jump-start programs can be used independently or in conjunction with our mentoring or limited-resource consulting services.
Our Jump-Start programs are designed to take Arbortext users to the next step, to take them beyond basic product education to a level of product competence that enhances your corporate business requirements.

Although we specialize in individual services, we can provide you with a full-service implementation.
From document analysis to vendor selection and final implementation, we have a full staff of technical experts who can take your single-sourcing project from start to finish.
This is a consulting option to provide customers with the flexibility to have a single part of their larger project developed quickly by someone on-site or in-country. This might be stylesheet development, DTD customization or custom tool development.
