Mentoring
Add a single full-time or part-time resource who acts as an independent consultant to your team.
One or more senior technical staff members will be placed on retainer and assigned to work with your staff. This may include such things as solving difficult issues, coding complex formatting, or simply commenting and code review.
The primary goal of the mentoring relationship is to transfer knowledge from our senior staff to yours and to develop technical competency in your staff. You specify the number of hours you wish to reserve, and our staff devotes that time to you..
