The Advisory Line is designed to help resolve issues for customers who are facing tight timelines or who may have limited resources.

The service is easy to use. Customers access their concierge service and begin by describing their problem. The concierge will then connect customers with the right advisor, who is best qualified to address their problems.
All calls to the Concierge are free; customers are only charged for the time that the expert advisor is working with them to solve their problems. Anyone can use the service. The fees are based on a per-minute usage rate. For a small fee, customers can elect to become a member of the service. Members receive a discounted per-minute rate, additional access to free information, forums, and discounts on training.
