Arbortext was founded in 1991. This is a picture of the first snapshot of the arbortext.com website taken by the wayback machine in April 1999. By this point in time, Arbortext had been reviewed in the press a dozen times and had two releases of the first XML Editor, ADEPT editor. Most of these articles are no longer available on the various news sites (many have closed). Some were captured by the wayback machine, others were not. It's a bit spotty. For now, we've captured this image as it represents the earliest historical record we could find.
