We're sorry to see that TC Camp has folded. We'll miss the Unconference event and the stimulating workshops and discussions that always happened there. And we'll miss the Room 42 podcast (that took over TC Camp's efforts during the pandemic) that featured interviews with Technical and Professional Communications researchers. We're proud to have been a part of it all.
No one will ever forget the video commercial contest that reached it's pinnacle with Tom Magliery of XMetaL's TPC Address and the late Doug Gorman's puppies "crossing the chasm". Dawn Steven's brilliant rewrite/rendition of a Beatles song, lives only in our memories and those of the attendees at the last TC Camp Unconference in 2019.
