SAN JOSE, CA. - October 18, 2007 - Single-Sourcing Solutions is pleased to announce that they have joined the Arbortext Technical Committee sponsored by PTC/User. The Technical Committees (TCs) are composed of "volunteers from the membership, who work closely with PTC's Product Managers (PLMs) to direct future software development." Customers are encouraged join any committee they think they can actively contribute to.
The Arbortext Technical committee was launched earlier this year. Because of our close relationship with PTC, our long history with the Arbortext product line and the Arbortext community, Single-Sourcing Solutions has taken an active role on the brand new Arbortext TC (login required).
"We are very excited to be joining the Arbortext TC," said Liz Fraley, CEO and Founder of Single-Sourcing Solutions. "Although Arbortext had a Customer Council before the PTC acquisition, it was not open to the full community. We are pleased to see Arbortext expanding their commitment to their users and start a series of Technical Committees. These TCs raise Arbortext to the status of the rest of the PTC product families and we're thrilled to see PTC behind them."
