Under Ms. Fraley’s leadership, the company increased profit by 20% over the previous year, expanded their territory as a PTC channel partner, diversified their on-demand services, and tripled their headcount, including senior level additions to head up the sales and marketing departments.
Ms Fraley’s personal philosophy has always been to share information and help to strengthen the ecosystem of professionals who have dedicated their careers to the design and delivery of product information. Each one of the team members is very active in one or more on-line user communities; and it is expected that each one devote a portion of their on-the-job time to helping people find answers to problems.
