As a Technical Communicator, we all get this question: What tool do you use to write your technical documentation? Romy has found that her answer surprises most people, who then immediately want to know how they use it and if it is working out well for her company.

She will talk about how they use Confluence for their external facing product documentation. She’ll cover benefits of using Confluence and how to get around some blockers.

She will explain how they organize their documentation using the principles of concept, task, and reference and how they take advantage of the flexibility Confluence offers to make it a living thriving document that their customers have come to appreciate and rely on.
